Sinopsis :
The young Yeti escaped from a complex in Shanghai owned by wealthy businessman Mr. Burnish (Eddie Izzard), who intended to use it to prove the existence of yeti for the world. Meanwhile, teen Yi (Chloe Bennet) lives with her mother Yi (Michelle Wong) and Nai Nai (Tsai Chin) in an apartment building. He lives a busy life and neglects to spend time with his family and friends, football fans Peng (Albert Tsai) and Jin (Tenzing Norgay Trainor) who understand technology and are popular. Yi was also a violinist who missed his late father, who was also a violinist.

One night, Yi met Yeti near his little house on the roof of his apartment building in Shanghai, which he named "Everest." While hiding it from the Burnish Industries helicopter, Yi gained his trust by feeding him Baozi and treating his wound. Yi learned that Everest wanted to reunite with his family on Mount Everest while Everest learned about Yi's desire to travel throughout China. When Burnish Industry's private security forces approached Everest's hideout, Everest fled with Yi. After escaping from the Burnish helicopter in the Oriental Pearl Tower, Yi and Everest escaped by ship carrying a red Kola can, followed by reluctant Peng and Jin.

Yi, Everest and the children reached the port in southern China and traveled by truck. After their crates fell from the truck, they ended up in the forest. There, Everest mesmerized humans with its mystical power to stimulate growth among blueberry plants. Meanwhile, Mr Burnish and zoologist Dr. Zara (Sarah Paulson) continues the hunt for Everest. Following in the footsteps of Everest and his human friends, they overtake them in the Sichuan region, but Everest uses its power to make plants grow to gigantic sizes. While Yi, Everest, and Peng manage to escape in the wind-blown filming, Jin is left behind and captured by Goon Leader (Richard Dietl) from Burnish Industries.

Even though Dr. Zara loved animals, Jin learned that he planned to hunt down and kill yeti for medical research. He also knows that Mr. Burnish that seems cold-hearted has a soft spot for animals including Dr. Pet's jerboa. Zara Meanwhile Yi, Everest and Peng reach the Gobi Desert where they are friends with several turtles, who gratefully receive their giant shots. Then they traveled to a town on the banks of the Yellow River but Burnish Industries cornered them. Peng helped them escape by releasing the yak raid. With Jin's help, they fled across the Yellow River to a field of yellow flowers, which caused Everest to bloom to a giant size.

Continuing their journey, humans and Everest finally reach the Himalayas. While crossing the bridge, they were trapped on both sides by Burnish Industries's troops. However, Mr Burnish experienced a change of heart after seeing Everest protect children; causing him to experience flashbacks to his first encounter with the yeti who protected his young child. Trying to exploit Everest for scientific research, Dr. Zara injected Mr. Burnish with a sedative before sedating Everest as well. When Yi tried to protect Everest, Dr. Zara threw him over the bridge. Burnish Industries then left the mountain with Everest, Peng, and Jin behind him.

However, Yi managed to hold on to a rope. He then uses his violin, which was miraculously repaired by Everest, to summon ice that revives Everest, which frees itself from its cage. Dr. Zara made a final attempt to kill Everest but the hunter himself was killed along with Goon Leader in a self-triggered avalanche. To protect Everest and the yetis from humanity, Burnish agreed to help Yi, Peng, and Jin keep their existence a secret. Yi, Peng, Jin, and Everest continued their journey to Mount Everest where they reunited Everest with their families.
